Honda CR-Z, Sold Well

Hybrid sports coupe car, Honda CR-Z seems have been awaited by the public in Japan. Proven after one month launched, the CR-Z has been selling more than 10,000 units.

Honda CR-Z was originally predicted to reach sales of 40,000 units and 50,000 units worldwide this year. For market in Japan and Europe, Honda CR-Z comes with a 2 +2 seat configuration, while for a sale in the United States (U.S.) present two-seat CR-Z.

In its official press release mentions the Honda CR-Z uses a continuously variable transmission. This environmentally friendly car is also available in a choice of 6-speed manual transmission. HMC targets, the CR-Z can be sold more than 50,000 units worldwide and will be the next best-selling hybrid car from Honda after the Insight.

Honda CR-Z is come with 1.5 liter engines equipped with electric motors. If only conventional machines are working, it can produce up to 113 hp at 6000 rpm with a torque of 145 Nm at 4800 rpm.

Meanwhile, if the rider just switch to ‘eco’ mode, the electric motor capable of generating power for 13.4 hp at 1500 rpm, with peak torque of 78 Nm at 1000 rpm rotation.
